2017 Annual Conference Announced

We are also delighted to announce that this years event will take place at the Eden Project on Tuesday 7th November

2nd oktober 2017 door Nigel

We are delighted to announce that this years event will take place at the iconic Eden Project in Bodelva, Cornwall– one of the latest organisations to sign-up to the Simply Cups scheme, and that we will be joined by Gordon Seabright (Chief Executive Officer – Eden Project) to provide our keynote address. As described by Sir Tim Smit KBE (Co-founder of The Eden Project) in the following video, The Eden Project was founded with an objective of ‘bringing lots of people together to make something better’ – an ethos which the Simply Cups scheme fully embraces.

The Simply Cups scheme has continued to gather real momentum over the last 12 months as we make further progress towards our objective to achieve a commercially viable solution for the recovery and recycling of cups in the UK. To share these achievements, and present our plans and vision for the year ahead, we are delighted to invite you to our 2017 Annual Conference. We will also update you on our plans to pioneer and build the much-needed UK infrastructure that will significantly enhance the value of used cups by turning them into a valuable raw material for UK manufacturers.

Please note that spaces are limited and Simply Cups Members will be given priority, as well as free entry to The Eden Project on the day of the event. Please therefore confirm your attendance asap by e-mail to Amelia Gillis- agillis@closedloopuk.com

Date:     Tuesday 7th November

Location:     The Eden Project, Bodelva, St Austell, Cornwall PL24 2SG

Event Registrations Opens     10.00 Exhibitor Meeting & Networking in The Gallery – Buffet, Tea & Coffee to be served. Simply Cups Members have free entry to The Eden Project.
